How do I become a mystery shopper?
Apply to a mystery shopping agency. If they use RetailHawk, they will invite you to sign in.
I forgot my sign-in details.
Use “Forgotten password” on the sign-in page, or contact the agency that invited you.
When will I be paid?
Your agency sets payment dates. RetailHawk payment tracking and itemised statements are planned as part of Commercial V1.
Can I work for more than one agency?
Yes. Each agency invites you separately and keeps its own records.
