This is a launch-stage draft for the RetailHawk marketing site and must receive final legal review before production publication.
What this site currently collects
The staging marketing site collects only the information needed to respond to a demo request. Demo requests are submitted to RetailHawk server-side rather than being placed in the visitor’s email client.
Contact information
If you request a demo, the submitted contact and business-context fields are stored in an encrypted lead record so the RetailHawk team can respond to that enquiry. The lead record does not store the submitting IP address or browser user agent.
Application accounts
Authenticated RetailHawk application data is governed separately by the applicable customer/agency relationship and product terms.
Retention
The staging lead queue is configured to delete lead records automatically after 180 days. Final production retention and CRM handling will be reviewed before launch and reflected in the production notice.
Optional marketing updates
Consent to receive occasional RetailHawk product or launch updates is separate from the required privacy acknowledgement for the demo request. Leaving the optional box unticked does not affect the enquiry.
