Turn a reviewed finding into accountable follow-up.
Useful assurance does not stop at a score. Keep the observation, supporting evidence, review decision, released result and follow-up context connected so teams can see what needs attention and what was checked again.
Build the programme around observable evidence.
1. Capture the observation
Record the answer in the approved questionnaire and attach the supported evidence required by the programme.
2. Review independently
A reviewer checks the submission, returning incomplete work for correction or approving the evidence for release.
3. Release deliberately
Only approved results are released to the intended client audience, preserving the distinction between field submission and client-visible result.
4. Follow up and verify
Use the released finding in your follow-up process, then run a later assessment or re-test to verify what changed.
Keep the conclusion proportional to the evidence.
Evidence supports a decision; it does not create a legal, regulatory or certification conclusion by itself. The customer defines the framework and decides what remediation or escalation is required.
