Agency staff
Use your RetailHawk account to access the agency workspace according to your assigned role.
Client users
Client access is permission-scoped. Client reporting remains a planned Commercial V1 module during the current pilot.
Shoppers
Use the account provided through your agency relationship. Shopper registration/profile and assignment foundations are in the pilot.
RetailHawk does not recruit shoppers directly. If you want to become a mystery shopper, apply to an agency that runs shopper programmes.
