Retailhawk aims to be the cheapest yet most feature packed and effective system for Mystery shopping on the market.
We do not charge for
- setup
- data storage of audio or video files
- scheduling assignments
- emailing shoppers
- Help & Support
All we do charge is an amount per set of responses held on the system and user training.
Plan 1
Plan 1 is designed for surveys which do not need trending. These could be one-off surveys for example: - special offer verification or age checking verification
- £0.11 [eleven pence GBP] per set of response answers per month
E.g: if you do a survey in January and you have 100 respondents, the cost for January is 100 x 0.11 = £11.00. If you wish to keep these responses on the system for February then cost for February is also £11.00
** if the data is kept on the system for more than one month the fees will apply again
Plan 2
Plan 2 is designed for trended mystery shop projects where you will be carrying out ongoing visits or calls on a regular basis. This plan allows the data to stay on the system and be used in wave / cycle comparisons and in the trending calculations for YTD scores.
- £1.00 [one Pound GBP] per set of response answers – one off payment
E.g: if you do a survey in January and you have 100 respondents cost for January is 100 x £1.00 = £100.00. If you wish to keep the responses on the system for February then ongoing cost is £Nil. There is only one payment.
